ABSTRACT
In an era of tightening educational budgets and increasing demands for school innovation, grant writing has become a crucial skill for educational administrators. This paper offers a comprehensive guide to the grant writing process, tailored specifically for school leaders seeking to secure external funding. It examines the current grant landscape, categorizes available funding types, and provides strategies for identifying potential funding sources. Emphasis is placed on the importance of building collaborative proposal teams, understanding the structural components of grant proposals, and writing with clarity and purpose. Furthermore, the paper addresses evaluation planning, the submission process, and effective post-submission strategies.
